Happy Tenth Anniversary to Hasbara Fellowships!
Dear Friends & Fellow Hasbara Alumni,
I write to you from a place of immense gratitude. This past winter break I participated in the Hasbara Fellowships training program in Israel. I not only had an amazing experience, but learned intensively about Israel, Zionism, and how to better advocate for Israel on campus.
Unfortunately the situation on many college campuses across North America is one of intense hatred of Israel. I am currently a junior at Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University and have experienced this hatred first-hand. Hasbara not only taught me how to counter anti-Israel arguments and develop an on-campus strategy, but empowered me to become a leader in my campus's pro-Israel movement and make a significant impact.
I feel very grateful to be a Hasbara Fellow, but it is imperative to support the organization so that the next generation of student leaders can continue to receive top-notch training, staff support, and resources. We already know that tomorrow's decision makers are attending our universities today - and this is why it's crucial for us to support those who are empowering the next generation of Israel's ambassadors. Please join me in making a contribution, in any amount you are able.
