Welcome to our Campaign Page!

The entire Hillel movement began at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign in 1923. As it approaches its Centennial anniversary, one thing is clear: Hillel is in it for the long run!

Over dinner with some of our Hillel family during Hannah and Miriam's Bat Mitzvah Weekend, the subject of distance running came up, and several of us discovered a love for it. All of us had been deeply impacted by Hillel and recognize its importance in keeping Jews connected to each other and to their own Jewish journies. Just as a runner needs the support of their friends, families and supportive crowds, Hillel needs the support of the same.

Please join us as Beri and Miriam run the 1/2 marathon. Our hope is to raise $1,000 for Illini Hillel, but we think we can even raise more than that.

The race is April 30 - so give early and often!
