This organization is very important to me, and I am excited to have the opportunity to raise money and donate my hair on its behalf! I have been growing my hair for the past 4 yrs and am ready to donate my lucious locks and want to help offset the cost of the wig creation process. On average hand sewn wigs can cost up to $1,000, so I am setting my goal to $1,100, that way I can donate at least $1,000 to Hair We Share and the rest will cover the fee's incorported by 3rd party fund sharing (around 7.9%). There are many ways that you can join the cause. The idea is for this to be a grassroots campaign, where people give what they can and spread the word to their friends, family and co-workers
